This provider's profile says bbbj okay, but clients reviews say she only offered cbj and reject bbbj......may i know the profile info is entered by the provider herself or based on reviews?  Thank you!

...if/when a provider claims her profile we can also do problem reports on our own profiles to make changes.

Profiles often are not accurate on that, plus other things.  The first reviewer creates the profile unless the provider herself does.  Providers who do have accounts here can have the information changed, but they often don't.  If a provider is clearly misrepresenting themselves and you can tell they have an account here, the PM button to PM them in their profile, then their score should be lowered because of the misrepresentation.  

A lot of providers knock two or three years off their ages.  Some have been the same age for many, many, years.  Those misrepresentations don't bother me much.  But when it is clear they are misrepresenting services it should be reflected in their score.  

However, it is also important to be aware of several reviews.  If some guys get BBBJ but you see a couple that don't it could be because the guy has not showered or something like that.  In those cases it is understandable.  But when it is a clear misrepresentation, it's my feeling that a minimum of two points should come off the score, more for multiple misrepresentations.  

If most reviewers contradict a service you would think TER would change the profile.  But typically they seem to wait for the provider to request the change.  So read those reviews guys.  A provider getting lower scores than she could get my just being honest tends to provide a good attitude adjustment to the provider
