There are 2 in depth reports on both nationalblacklist.com and verifyhim.com FOR A REASON! In the entire time I've worked in this industry, we have utilized these sites to blacklist a guy a total of 5 times (thank god not more). I'm sorry I cannot call these "guys," gentlemen, because they are not. First report was made on May 30th, second report was made on June 14th. Hmmm... see the difference in time span? But he's really genuinely cares for the provider, right? Total BS.
Read below, apologies for the extremely long post everyone, I'm just sick of this crap.
He reserved an appointment with an 18 year old provider who will remain un-named. Set appointment in early afternoon, about 1pm for a 5:30pm reservation. WAS TOLD the provider didn't have a location and had a acquire one. Did not call LVC until 8:32pm (I have a record of this). That is 3 HOURS after the reservation passed to give me a sob story of BS. I am the providers personal assistant, not yours. I am here to help with screening and make sure guys like you don't slip through the cracks of unsuspecting innocent young girls. Not to mention, you are far exaggerating, as you only drove 40 miles, but I guess 100 sounds better when your trying to get people you've never even conversed with to take the side of a stranger.
He said he was using cash. NOT credit card. If he would have wanted to pay by credit, he would have had to do the following BEFORE the appointment:
(of course he didn't know this was the process because he wasn't paying with credit!!!)
Receive an email with out authorization form
Fill it out
Email it back
Run transaction
THEN confirm
We asked him to pay a cancellation, he declined. So we blacklisted him. The cancellation does not even cover the amount of that was spent to procure an incall location. It clearly states a cancellation fee ALL OVER our website, models page, FAQ, Schedule, etc AS WELL AS in the signature of our emails.
His "reference" gave me an attitude when I asked her to confirm the phone number of this guy, not just go by the name and tell me he's ok. Excuse me for doing my job and making sure that the phone numbers matched. I really could care less if she thought I was a b*tch, I'm doing what I'm supposed to do. If she has a problem with giving a reference properly, perhaps she should not be in this business.
You were added to the blacklist a second time, when:

You complained about blacklist
You threatened us multiple times
You were blacklisted again
This type of behavior is unacceptable from any stand point. And the fact that you are on TER crying your heart out is not helping you at all. You brought all of this on yourself and I TOLD you, you would be blacklisted without a cancellation fee.
Its not a normal scenario where you cancel on someone that uses their private residence. NO. You cancelled on AN 18 YEAR OLD GIRL that had to spend her own money on you. For nothing. You, as an early 20's college student, should have more brains than this (you would think).

Of the over 60 ladies listed on our website, 6 GIRLS use stock photos. 6 out of 60. Let me repeat that again. 6 out of 60 girls use stock photos. The rest of them just blur their face.
You want to see the real pictures, get a membership. You don't want to? Screen and ask the provider for a photo directly, considering that AFTER you screen, the provider contacts you directly! We do NOT PROVIDE incall locations, it is the sole responsibility of the provider. We handle advertising placement, screening and scheduling, this is explained all over our website for a reason.
And Kenescalade, to clarify (since I'm on a roll right now), you contacted our company once. 3 email threads. You ONLY dealt with Chantel (no longer working here). You declined screening when you knew we were screening for the provider. Please don't join the "band wagon." Be above all this, we're not in high school.
The worst part about all of this, is that this guy really seems to think doing things like this is ok?

but is was like a well oiled machine. I think most of us agree this guy was not the sharpest knife in the drawer. Hell, can he even rent a car at 22? What he is doing in the hobby with no money is beyond me.
I never get on the boards and air our dirty laundry like this, but made an exception in this case.
Hobbying is supposed to be fun for everyone, not high school drama. If a gentlemen presents himself in a light that makes him dangerous to anyone, trust and believe LVC will make it known.
Only 5 problems with gentlemen in the past 5 years, less than 1% per year! Not to shabby if you ask me. Not sure how this one slipped through my screening fingers!

It's been about ten months since I have used this service but to this day Andrea was perhaps the best experience I have had in this hobby. Some was quick with her replies and screening, and communicated so well the day of my date I continue to use it as the measuring stick for all others.
Andrea, don't change a thing you are doing. And don't even let anyone cause you to rethink how you do your service. You are top notch. Looking forward to a visit with your service again this summer.

not rude. My experience with VIP when I was in LA went without a hitch and I would certainly not hesitate using them again.
Anyone can end up on this site for the smallest things which is BS. The site is almost a tool for escorts to use to blackmail people with. Any two-bit BP provider can put your number on there after they played games with you. The fact that you bring up a very shady site like national blacklist is almost laughable. This of course is just my opinion on that site. I'm not defending what the guy did, I'm just pointing out the validity of that shady site that you mentioned!
It is not the best site and providers from all over the country misuse the site everyday to post things that should not be posted. I do agree with you on that.
BUT
In our case, we used it for the reason the site was designed for... So that when screening a client and searching his information, anything negative comes up in the search, via email, phone number or name. We also added him to other more private screening sites as well for high end providers. Similar to how you would want to do a search on a new babysitter for your children, or a background check on a new employee to make sure he's not dangerous. Unfortunately, the site has many BS postings and people using it that should not be allowed everyday, with no filter as to what is valid in being posted. If I was in charge of that site, I definitely would not it be run a muck like it is.
In LEVIP's case, I have to think on both levels of this industry. Upscale and non upscale. Upscale ladies will use the more private websites for screening, as compared to non upscale ladies that do not know what those sites are and are only familiar with national blacklist. And I did mention before, that we have only used this site and actually black listed 5 clients in the past 5 years, going on 6 years. The site may be misused everyday, but we are not one of the culprits.
I am hired to handle screening. Personal assisting. Scheduling. Advertising. Marketing. SEO. Promotions. Building Websites. The list goes on and on. Utilizing a site like that once in a blue moon when a client is a danger to other woman is not really such a bad thing when you really break it down and think about it.
I have providers from all over the country email me a few times a week with horror stories of bad clients asking me to help them report the guy and blacklist him because they don't know how. I stand by my reputation and my actions and would not take them back. I do think about my future actions before I do them and take into account the repercussions. Unlike most. You've got to be a real grade A A-Hole with no morals and no remorse for others to piss me off, I deal with a lot of BS on a daily basis.
I'm just doing my job here guys. And not to toot my own horn, but I'm pretty good at it! I love EVERY single lady that I work with and hang out with them often. They brighten my day and make my life better in so many ways and always keep me smiling. This is one happy woman over here, even with all the drama and some BS I have to deal with, its all worth it at the end of the day.
