Too think that so many would debase being a "Provider".

How wonderfully liberating too have a lucrative occupation that one can pick up and easily move to a new town, city or State without worry of not soon regaining one's lucrative income.  

Every job, craft and profession has its good and bad; sadly many providers don't realize how much they're blessed.

I was on a business trip to Williston, ND last summer.  They are in the midst of an oil boom.  There is one strip club that has a waiting line at the front door every hour the place is open.  I tried to find a provider but with very little luck.  There is a Backpage that covers Fargo, ND but all the providers who handle Williston and Dickinson were so busy they couldn't handle anymore business.  You might give it a try.  If you don't like the place you can move on.  Good luck
