First of all someone will be along shortly to acuse you of being law enforcement
That out of the way... Asian, specifically Korean, providers are notoriously difficult to start with. If you don't have another Korean reference that they recognize they're not likely to put any further effort into screening you. They seem to have enough business that it's not worth any risk to them to take on someone cold.
I'd instead suggest starting with an agency or some of the wonderful independents that post to this board. They seem to be more accommodating when it comes to a thorough screening of someone new. (that shouldn't be read as them being careless when it comes to screening, you will be screened, and well, and if something in your background is amiss you'll be screened out, but they will give you the time it takes to actually look you up and see you if you appear clean)

I can't tell you who doesn't screen, since I haven't had any problems for the past several years. You just need to keep calling until one trusts you. Some will verify you by asking for your work number. You need to understand that they are screening for safety purposes. Since you have no reviews, much less k-girl reviews, you need to establish your track record. You don't have any other posts on this forum either, so other hobbyists are going to be skeptical of you as well. If you have a friend who has already been screened, ask him to vouch for you.
I started off as noob with K-girls. I agree with GROMIT. Call around, mention you saw them on TER. Call the day before you looking for an appt. It took a few false starts and dead ends, but wasn't that hard to find a K-girl to be my 1st (and Mmmmm was she nice...).
