I was in that area during most of my trip here but no way of notifying guy other than P411.  

Wonder why you didn't come up on P411 for TO. The TER search yields minimal and finding a touring person is now nearly impossible. I'll send a P411 note should you end up being back in the area again down the road. Thanks.
