I just recieved an email from a company asking if we'd like to be involved in this event... there is no record of past events, and they are asking A LOT of $$$ to be a sponsor... anyone have any insight on this?  Input would be much appreciated!

Thanks!  Andrea

Had any intel on this.  I mean, the concept seems pretty cool, but also a little shady to me.  $250 is not really a lot of lose if it doesn't take off, and your target audience isn't met... so I'm not sure if I should take the plunge at this point... and it doesn't seem like many people have an opinion about it.  I was hoping to get a better response

What is this Larry thing your talking about?

As in a traditional convention, the sponsors have virtual booths where you have display of your merchandise where the users can pick and chose from.  There are also options where you can show snippets of your video materials about the merchandise or services you provide.  Other virtual convention also have session tracks where the consumer choose to attend or view in full length for additional fee.  It is almost like in an actual convention except you register virtually and the sponsors have a way to interact with the prospective customer via a chat session, etc all through the internet.

I have attended these virtual conventions but only the ones for regular business ones.  I have yet to see one for the adult nature if it is even close to what they say it would be.

Hope this helps.

Thank you so much, and yes that does help.  I figure, it can't hurt, and if it does, I'm only out $250... and if it does pan out, I may be able to gain some potential provider clients.  I'll keep you all posted on whether it was worth it when all is said and done.

Thanks for your input :)
