talk to your ATF and ask her to learn basic belly dancing.

Go there solo or  with a wingman and then engage with a dancer you like with tips, drinks, and interest in her life.  Once you have established some rapport, you can gently move the convo to more intimate subjects.  

 
If they make a living shaking body parts for tips, they may be amenable to a bigger tip (And in this case, "bigger tip" is a euphemism for your dick.)
