Too much going on lately. TER does not want to get caught.  Besides most of the US members cannot access TER except using VPN (like me) therefore who can read those reviews.

I have always, I mean always, used Eros, but I have to agree, right now it may be a little risky to post an ad with them. Sadly now our reviews on here have all been taken down. But I just emailed TER asking if at some point we will be getting them back, or if they are going to be deleting them entirely then at least send us a copy of them? But who knows, with all this drama they might decide it's not worth it.

It's not any more dangerous for you to post your ad on Eros than it was before. Under the new law, it's inly more dangerous for THEM to accept it.  The added risk attaches to the advertising platform.

So how much longer will EROS stay alive?  I have to assume someone at that org knows or is a lawyer.

Eros is based in Switzerland, so they may not care that their site is definitely violating the new law.
