There are probably more providers around the LA and Orange County area that use that name than there are 7-11 stores in LA and Orange County.  From that long ago she is likely retired and good chance long gone from the area.  

I tried to look up a provider I knew from the 1990s once to see how she was doing and no luck.  This despite once knowing her well enough to know her real name, staying pin pals with her during her two year mandatory "vacation" courtesy of the government (if you know what I mean), and even meeting her parents once after she finished her mandatory "vacation".  I guess I could find her if I really wanted since I know where her parents live, if still there and alive, but I know she got married with kid after her "vacation".  So I figure unless it could be at most a discrete e-mail, probably best to just leave it alone.
