 hey Marina Del Rey is a beautiful place to live, but as so many have been telling me, it's a real bitch to get to at times !

 So I've relocated to a much more centrally located apartment in Los Feliz. It may not be a Marina view Penthouse, but I've got a great view of the wooded hills at Griffith Park !

 Just minutes from Downtown, Hollywood, Burbank, Glendale, and most of the Valley ! And still only twenty minutes from the LAX/Santa Monica/ South Bay Areas ( that is if you come see me during the lite traffic times !). Ample parking, a great neighborhood, and in a secure, discrete, and very high end complex !

 Give me a call, and stop on by for a bit. I can't provide you with a sweeping Marina View, however I'd be more then happy to show you what many have said is one of the BEST ASS' Ever !
