Bordello-like house

In NYC there used to be a place called Julie’s and another on the UWS that I think was called The Chateau.  They were basically multi-room apartments and they’d have several girls sitting in the reception area for you to choose from or you could make an appointment in advance to see a particular girl.  Are there any places like that in LA? And I’m not talking about AMPs.

There used to be several of these in LA and they were great. It’s been 20 years since I’ve come across in LA.

...but are no longer there, what makes you think that those places would still be in L.A?

"There used to be" such a place at Sunset and La Cienega in the 1970's - it was also called the Chateau.  It probably was the L.A. branch of the NY operation.

Now if you had a hot tub time machine you could simply go back there.  When you get there you'll be already to go - just tell the girl to hop in the hot tub!

Are you referring to the place where the girls wore Togas?  Fun place, I think open 24 hrs.  Place was huge.  Once had a pregnant hottie .
There was a place in LA near Sunset and Alvarado.  Huge house, typical bordello.  The girls worked at a parlor and told customers the secret number.  The rooms were beautiful

It was indeed open 24 hours and since it was called "Circus Maximus" I'm sure they wore togas to go along with the Roman theme.

I was a little too young at the time to go there but I remember driving up that steep hill where La Cienega ends at Sunset and looked up at the place and saw a woman standing stark naked in the window.  I was driving a stick and almost rolled back down the hill!

The cops cracked down on it before the Olympics in 1984:
