I am just wondering what's the customary thing to do in LA when you receive your all negative STD report. It's obvious what to do with a positive report, but I am not sure what to do with a negative report. It seems a little strange to send it out, without been asked. Would they want to know that they didn't give me anything and there's little chance that they catch something from me? The easy way would be to do nothing.
We all assume that the other person isn't infected with something, but we still cover up as a hedge in case.
My take is offering to show your STD results is a bit random. It's like a girlfriend telling you explicitly and unsolicited that she isn't cheating on you, and showed you evidence to show that she wasn't unaccounted for.
Why would anyone do this, unless it was a question in the first place?
What do you mean by "I've used the std report as a step towards building trust."? Do you give it to every provider that you have seen in the last 1, 2, or 3 months? Or, do you give it to your regular? BTW, I am not looking for BBFS. That's a big no no for me.
