Where the participants are several years different in age.  
The client plays the role of an infant and the provider cares for him like a nanny.  
or the provider is a student and the client is the school master disciplining her.

Hi Gents,

Sorry should have been clearer, it's the latter version. School master and schoolgirl or schoolboy and schoolgirl sort of theme. Not into dressing up as a baby :)
