I've gone exclusively with independent providers so far. Just out of curiosity, does anyone have any agency recommendations? Or should I stick with the independent route? Any and all thoughts/suggestions welcome.

Can't really comment on whether agency or indie is better but, I have found a lot of luck on http://www.bodyworkgirl.com. The ladies are hot and really professional. Have met with a few providers here in LA and also some in other cites when I was on vacation.

I can confirm that. Great site. Used it a few times for providers in Los Angeles and Long Beach area.  
Everyone has their own thing their into but I can recommend Amante- http://www.bodyworkgirl.com/masseuse/166/ and Melana-http://www.bodyworkgirl.com/masseuse/589/
although there is somethign from everyone.
