Anyone ever hear of a provider charging substantially more at their home base then while touring?  That is absurd.  What would be the reason for that?

that she is touring to markets where everything is less costly, including hotel rooms and pussy.  A NYC provider that is touring to Memphis will not be able to charge NY prices, so they lower the price to fit the market they are touring to.  If they try to charge the same as in NYC, going to Memphis will yield few customers willing to pay NY prices.  They will stick with the local girls at Memphis prices. There may be other reasons, but I have seen this a lot with touring ladies from places like NY, SF, London and DC.  

If she doesn't have an incall location and needs to book a hotel locally. If demand means you might be the only customer she gets when local, she needs to pad the price to feel it's worth it. If demand on tour is better and she feels getting or more clients in a day is more likely, she might not feel she needs to charge as much per client. I have been with a local provider who incall meant she booked a hotel. In my case, she didn't charge more, but it was clear she didn't plan to have more customers because she did one of those 2 hour bookings at the hotel and was looking to leave right after I left.

booking service has proved reliable for me when it comes to seeing a provider on same-day or one-day's notice.  Only had one incidence with the hotel not following through with their commitment in the past four years.  I reported it, and Day Use subsequently dropped that hotel from their list.  They usually give you a window of 4 or 5 hours in a block at different times of the day, like 10:00-2:00, 12:00-5:00, etc., so if she's a little late, you are not up against the clock to give the room back.  Excellent prices compared to the full night rate.  There are locations I have tried that I can recommend in LA if anyone wants to PM me.

I think it makes sense to charge slightly more if she is planning to book a location specifically to meet with you, but generally that wouldn’t cost significantly more.

That's a bit weird haha I personally charge less in tour than my home base as i would love to encourage new gentlemens to meet me when i'm visiting their town !
