I have and am still searching.  Do you know of any good posts addressing this topic?

I do have a TER ID but haven't written any reviews.  Don't know if that would help get a response.

Been trying to get in contact with some of the bookers for some Asian ladies on CV.  I am not getting any response other than the Palace, which I use as a local reference.  I've tried texting and calling, but no response.  When I text I include my name, age, race, references, and phone numbers.

In Vegas, I always get a response, even calling.  Appreciate any suggestions.

... and its no surprise that workout k-girl references you'll hear crickets. Unfortunately TER references are not valued to k-girl bookers.  

Hopefully CDL will add his very knowledgeable opinion to this thread.

Are becoming persona non grata with an increasing number of SoCal bookers.  I'm not comfortable posting the reasons on a public board without talking to an attorney-hobbyist I know first, but most veterans and higher-volume guys here will be able to figure it out.  Sorry, but don't think you're likely to get a response anytime soon.
