why don't more providers use ter reviews? Seems like mostly asian providers use this tool. I don't mind, but I wouldn't go to a provider if she doesn't have any way I can check on her!
For the legit ones: Privacy reasons mostly, especially high-end providers and clients that do not appreciate the airing of their private trysts...for the non-legit ones: well you should figure out why they do not want to be reviewed.
