I chatted with a provider who is offering a special...I gave her the info for screening, and after checking my TER handle name, she said that she worried about the fact I was contacting her now and not before when she runned her normal rate...

I cannot find a logic in this reasoning, even though I have some hints on why she got so 'worried.'

I assume that a provider offer special because she want to give hobbysts an incentive to contact her...

It is not that clear why she should be worried about not being contacted by me when she run her normal rate and not when she offer specials...

Ladies: if you offer a special do not worry about why a hobbyst did not contacted you before at your normal rate...instead of being worried, do not offer specials...not that complicated seems to me...

But if anyone has a better explanations please to not hesitate...
