Many of my friends in Europe and SE Asia grew up speaking 3 or 4 languages as a matter of course - other countries are not so parochial as we in America. As for the rest, is it so hard to believe that a person could grow up studying piano and learning to cook as well as attending University? Perhaps you never went, but it is common to begin at 17-18 and finish a degree in 4 years. She could conceivably have her Masters degree at 23.

Perhaps if you had a few accomplishment you could brag about you wouldn't feel the need to tear someone else down whose facility with prose, particularly as compared to yours, makes it easy to believe her claims.
