I've noticed on a couple popular and highly rated providers' reviews that all of a sudden, someone gave a 5/6 kind of score among a sea of 9's, and the poor guy expressed what a big letdown it was. My conjecture is that in those cases the proivder was not available and the booker found a substitute. I had that happen to me and the relief pitcher was honest and apologized, but I luked out because she was good.
What would you do? Bring a picture and show that to be the wrong person, and walk? Comments from providers?
