I have read reviews by hobbyists that keep me from seeing a provider, as I believe written communication is a window to a persons' character. When I read incorrect grammar, spelling and "there" instead of "their", I pass, as I imagine the type of guy making the visit; uneducated, unprofessional, fill in the blanks.....
Every once in a while I will receive a Reservation Form, that I swear comes from a 9yr old!!.....The typing/spelling/etc....is sooooooo bad, I do not want to see the person., as I can barely read what they wrote.....Is this too HARSH?.....Does bad spelling/typing, mean that the person is not upscale/professional?.....
Also.....Is P411 to be trusted 100%, for Client Verifications?....I have definitely heard of them, but have never used them....
Thanks Ladies/Gents!!.

I'm..you know...uhhh...probly ain't your kund of guy.
Los Angeles has has residents and visitors from every corner of the world-do'nt expect them to pass ESL.
Kayla, don't get discouraged with the responses. You are free to engage or not engage with anyone based on any criteria you deem appropriate, whether it is spelling, grammar, personal hygiene, body weight, race, etc. If, as they say, the brain is the sexiest organ in the body, you may enjoy your appointments more if your partner is mentally stimulating as well.
Don't take the comments too seriously. I am using an alias for the simple reason that I don't care to get slammed.
Good Luck
Rusty Armor.....You are right on the $$$$$!!....I am stimulated by the brain, and REALLY appreciate it when a man takes the time to write a classy/educated e-mail....I respond quicker, and they most certainly move to the FRONT of the line....Have a good evening, everyone....Kayla xo
With the advent of the internet, proper spelling and grammar syntax are being thrown out the door.
While it is true that most of the internet generation are the ones ignoring the spelling and grammar rules, that does not immediately mean something negative about that person, however, you are the only one that can make that decision to meet someone. After all, that is the reason why you need to screen people you meet.

Interesting. I will do the same if the provider's website or posted messages are as you described. Mainly due to my concerns that there will be little in common with the provider and/or she is not savvy enough to operate within the bounds of complete discretion.
I guess it all boils down to personal preference.
I could not agree with you more, Kayla.
In any aspect of my life, be it hobbying or professional, I place a very high value on communication skills, especially with regard to spelling and the proper use of words (your vs. you're; their vs. there vs. they're).
I was amazed when I was a teaching assistant in graduate school in a film and media communications school that students would be irate when I would comment on their poor spelling and grammar. Good lord - these people are in a (wait for it...) COMMUNICATIONS program and all I was asking of them is that they be able to (sigh....) communicate.
I think you are well within your right to question someone based upon the image they put forth in their application. As you can't see or hear the person, their only way of conveying to you what they are about is through the written word.
For that matter - you'd be amazed what passes for a resume and a cover letter these days.
No - you are not being harsh at all
