both savvy and careful with their screening.  The first thing they will want to see in response to yout ISO is your review history.  Oops, you don't have one.  In that case, if you are part of a verification site or have a whitelist, you need to put that in your ISO.  Otherwise, you could be LE or a serial killer, and all you will likely get is crickets.  

Your other choice is to do your own research on TER and find a girl that fits the description of what you're looking for.  Most fetish providers have their own websites with contact instructions, and a list of the fetishes they cater to.
