1. For me I base my selections on attitude first.

I'm still at noon at since, since I'm only seen kgirls I can't really hold out for Education / Sophistication when there isn't much of a common language (some of these gals might have a Ph.D for all I know).

So I mostly base on Performance & Attitude (reviews) then looks.

Location is important also - I prefer someone within a few miles of my home or office.
