When in doubt stick with the reviewer who has lots of reviews and white list referrals and obviously doesn't give away 9's and 10's without it being deserved. In this case stick with LA Traveler10.
My experience with Shelly was very much inline with LATraveller10. He gave her 7/5 and I gave her 7/6. I a been TER reviewer for a decade. There is ALWAYS a YMMV factor as well.
