Seems to me you need to be a ter provider to recieve a review wether good or bad. Or, were you talking about another review site? If indeed, it is here on ter she need to become active and do what needs to be be done to get it removed. If from what I see it is who I think, they appear they could very possibly be fake reviews. Fake reviews are highly common. They'll do it just to get free access to the VIP details. I myself have had to have 2 removed in past 6 months.

She'll need to contact the reviewer and then ter, via ter PM.
When she doesn't hear back from fake reviewer ter will then contact him and when he doesn't get back to ter, they will then remove review.

Sometimes we just can't click with every one ..and it's not a bad thing we all get them from time to time..
