I am looking for a single family residence in SD county to rent. I met a man on tour long ago who allowed me to rent his condo in Mission Valley for years with an option to buy. It was a phenomenal arrangement. If anyone owns a property and needs a great tenant. I would never work out of the property just reside happily in America’s finest city. 💎
