I've had that happen to me too. Haven't been writing reviews lately, but when I do I write it into a word document and then cut and paste the text into the review form. This eliminates the the time out problem. Or, you could copy the text of your review before you hit the submit button. Then if you're timed out, you'll still have to go through all that profile b.s., which is a waste of time unless you happen to be the first reviewer, but at least you can paste the text back.
I took the time to write a fairly detailed review and it was rejected. The reason stated by the whoever reviews reviews was, "Specifically your review needs more information outside of discussing the physical interaction between you and the provider". Like what, bearing in mind this site is all about the physical interaction between me and provider? The color of her carpet? The brand of water she serves? The water pressure in her shower?
I wouldn't mind the rejection except the criteria are SO inconsistent. How many two sentence reviews get by? How many completely general reviews get by? How many reviews get by that have cursory descriptions of the "physical interaction between you and the provider"?
If TER wants its members to submit reviews, they should get their policies straight.
So, get in line buster. This "unapproved review" tale of woe is not new. I share your frustration. I submit a long review with details sufficient to fill a Letter to Penthouse, only to have it kicked back, then read some reviews that seemed to have been written by retards with a time limit: "she rocked my world, and i rocked hers, too" or "we did the deed in every position and I finished on her chest". Absurd. I have sent TER five emails requesting clarification, but never heard back. And we are not alone. Perhaps if twenty or thirty top reviewers appealed to TER en masse, we might accomplish something. Who knows....? RT Frustrated & Out
Agreed. As previously posted, I have posted around 140 reviews, so I know a thing or two about it yet STILL get reviews rejected for the exact same reason as above while TER does post short, stupid reviews that lend no insight whatsoever to the session nor the provider. Until there is an absolute policy that must be followed by all, arbitrary rules will apply.
Totally agree.... No rhyme or reason in acceptance or rejection. I am about ready to give up and subscribe and pay, to say myself the waste of time of writing reviews....
As a long time reviewer, I too often wonder when I take the time to give a detailed review and have it rejected--though not often, I must admit--and see a "Damn, she was fine, she sucked and effed me, and she had nice titties" review being accepted...
I share your angst! My review of Linda was rejected for the very same reason you mention. I e-mailed asking them to clarify what they wanted, and at the same time I changed a few sentences and re-submitted it. My "new" review was approved in one day, but I never heard back from them. Also, I've had a new problem crop up in that after I've spent some time detailing mu encounter with the gal, I hit the "submit" button and I am told that my session has expired and that I need to log in again. OK no problem there except that all your submitted data and commentary is lost and you have to start over. I've asked TER how to overcome this problem but have yet to receive a response. Maybe we're supposed to write up two line reviews?

I just suffered the same fate.does TERrealize they are hurting themselves by not dealing with this?
...assuming the bounced review was a positive one.
Not only to fellow members get potentially short-changed by a rejected review, but the provider also loses valuable publicity as well. So, neither party is well served by such, apparently, arbitrary review guidelines.
Providers have told me that there are ways to earn themselves a coating of TER teflon.
But these are mostly good reviews that are being blocked....
It's not that there is any great inconvenience in this, it's that this sort of thing should not happen at all. Obviously, there is little standard at TER about the reviews. The generic, bottled short reviews get by that tell us nothing about the girl, and then lengthy reviews with many details are blocked and blocked and blocked.... It is the FF, the Frustration Factor, that gets to the reviewers -- especially some of the guys who have 50+ reviews under their belt and know how to write a review.... Like you said, "not the end of the world," just an annoyance. RT
RT, I agree. The one unapproved review I had seemed to suggest that the more detail I added the more problems it gave me. I think the different standards are due to different TER reviewers. I think when you resubmit you likely have a new reviewer and are able to satisfy their particular criteria. As RT and others have pointed out, the problem is the lack of a uniformed standard. This leads to the situation where people with over 100 reviews are not approved, despite the demonstrating that they have the ability to write a proper review.
there is no double standard...you are saying that just because someone has 100 reviews TER should not even read it and just approved it while someone with few reviews should be scrutinized..I do not have a problem with short reviews I write some myself and as long as the reviewers address all the main points it is fine. A review does not have to be 4 paragraphs long to be informative.
Was this the one that gave you so much trouble?? I think TER takes 1 week to approve my reviews
Suddenly it's up and I didn' change a word.
that's really *weird* : T
Interesting that this is such a wide spread problem. I've had two bounced and thought that each one was at least on a par with several I've seen posted.
Doesn't do much for motivating you to write more reviews. I'll keep trying, as they're certainly valuable and helpful as you seek out providers. I am very grateful to those that take the time and share their experiences and it is in this vein that I'm eager to post and share whatever I can in the hopes someone else may benefit like I have.
