Offhand i'd say that is total bullshit.  General rule of thumb, if they are obscenely beautiful and on backpage, chances are its a scam.  There are exceptions to everything of course, but if you're smart you'll let some other guy take the initial risk for you.  There are a ton of legit blond cuties on ter, seek them out and know you're gonna see someone legit before you end up in a sketchball hotel room with no exit strategy.
