...regulars.  Of course, he could only say we are not LE; how would he know that I'm a "furry?" :-D

This  trend  of more girls demanding emails from providers I have already  seen is becoming a real time consuming problem.  Yeah, providers WANT verifications but, are too slow or lazy or selfish to SEND them.   I am an 11 tear TER VIP member, posted reviews for 9 years,  and am Whitelisted. Do you think that counts for anything?  Girls' online reservation forms want more and more info  but ,they do not timely answer other girls  inquires.   Do you remember when they were called "Call Girls" becuase all you had to do was call them??

Not all providers are like that.  I take pride in making my verification process happen quickly and I answer other provider's email as fast as possible...and I'm nice about it.  Its amazing how many people forget to just be nice in their emails with a simple "Hello" and "Thank you."  That isn't just providers, that's everybody.

As I provider I have the same problem.  I do not always get emails that I send out to other providers back in a timely manner.  One time I got an email back 1 month later, without any explanation or apology for the tardiness.   When that happens I communicate directly with the gent to keep him aware of what is going on and where we are in the process.  I keep it light and positive.

I think when a provider asks for references (whitelist or not) the least we can do in return is make the process happen as quickly and painlessly as possible.  We are all on the same team and its part of the package of being a professional to handle things quickly and efficiently, so that we can all have fun and be safe.

That being said, it is up to the gent to remain courteous and understanding throughout the process.  If a gal needs more than a whitelist recommendation for her to feel comfortable and safe, then I think she should be entitled to it without any hesitation or attitude on the gent's part.  *Note: I am not saying to you "txholdm" that you have either of these things, I'm making a generalization for everyone.

I will say this, though.  We can tell when the gents have a little chip on their shoulder or impatience with the process of being verified.  Believe me, much can be read and understood from a simple email guys, so be nice, keep it light, and be helpful in any way you can!

The new girls coming into the industry look at other girls websites and go "ok so that's what I need on my website."  They don't actually READ the other information.  For example on our forms, it clearly states, references, work info, or verification sites.

Not only that, they don't check the actual references, or they just don't know how.  They think... ok well there's a name but I don't know where to go from there.  If you can't get ahold of a provider by phone (which is like, every single time you try to call for a reference), they don't think to look up the email address.

We get forms all the time with just names, no city, no phone, no email, no ad link... and it makes our job harder.  But that's WHY we're here.  And we always do our research to FIND the provider.  If we can't then we let the gent know.

Another problem is when we get this:

References:

Megan- los angeles
Sarah- los angeles

Do you know how many freaking Megan's and Sarah's are in Los Angeles???  LMFAO

In your case, we would simply request your references, but clear you via TER email through your account.  You have plenty to verify you.  Requirements are at least 3 posted reviews with established providers that are current within the last year.

The only reason asking for references is also requested, is to make sure you didn't harm the other provider or have some weird attitude or something the provider should know about.  I.E- Drug problems, aggressive nature, etc.

I am TOTALLY for screening but it has to be done in a reasonable time period. The longer it takes the more likely the meeting will not take place.  I have been in your situation before and it is frustrating, which is why you need to have a plan B,C,D,......  and go with the one that will make it happen.

I said it before, I encourage all providers to get TER's free provider membership and use whitelisting.  Whitelisting is not a substitute to screening, but another verification method.
These tools are provided to you for free, so use them!

Maybe the ladies should have a m&g and get to know each other, so they feel more comfortable helping each other out with references.

My biggest problem is I am a last minute planner on 90% of my visits. Now talk about a pain....  Call a regular and if she is unavailable you get to spend the next hour in mental masturbation as you try to get a quick reference check.

Alyssa, you look sexy and yummy...
I agree 100% with you on being courteous through the process, even if it doesn't reach conclusion. After all, we're about to share very intimate moments together... But it goes both ways. Sometimes, the provider never calls it off when verification misses. A simple email, "sorry honey, maybe next time" would go a long way.

And use us as a reference?  As long we're contact for ref checks between the hours of Mon-Sat 9am-10pm, we get back to references inside of 5 minutes.

You don't have to see any of the providers, the main reason we're here is help YOU GENTS!  We're reputable, and easy to work with.  And NO we don't charge gents to get verified either.
