Downtown LA ladies that are well reviewed and in the price range as K girls? The only ladies I have seen that meet that definition fall into two categories. One, they are the small number of providers that work for a K girl agency but not Korean. Two, older providers who keep their rates low because it helps them attract clients despite their age. And, with this second category, there are very very few, as plenty of older provider still demand at least a couple hundred more than K girls.

 
That said, I have never heard of references having to be local. I have heard of them having to have a reasonable footprint, such as being reviewed by a fair number on TER, and not having 5-10 reviews all just within the past month. In other words, they need to pass the smell test.

I do my own vetting. I delisted from p411 because of this culture of relying on references. These providers don’t know each other personally so how can anyone have my best interests in mind? Baffling.  

I’m expensive because excellence is never cheap.
