I am so sick of it. Not all Chinese girls have it... Luci Sweet is heavely, Rayne is okay. But it seems the last five Chinese girls I've been with has been with jaded falsetto speaking and fake laughing horrid people.

Don't see Chinese girls. Its a cultural thing. I've heard it called "sing song" before, but there is an official term for it that escapes me now. I think the jingoism of your post escapes you, though, so no further explanation would be very productive.
