Since most of the popular sites went dark lately it is getting very difficult to find K-girls if you do not have a connection.  Just spoken to one of the broker and she told me time has changed.  In order to find out who is working I need to text the broker and mentioned about what time I want to see the girls then she texted me back who is available with their own web sites.  If you are a newbie and want to meet a K-girl and do not have any broker information you are out of luck.  Without web sites advertising there is no way newbies can find a broker to start his adventure.  The K-girls scene looks more like an exclusive private club for those who are already accepted within the circle.  I have seen a lot as hobbyist for many years.  This time is probably the worst.....

the reality of the current situation.  Guys have always been excluded who would not submit to a proper screening.  However, this is the first time that bookers are not accepting new customer applications.  Most of the girls are still working and seeing their regulars and new guys who have already been vetted, but if you have no references in the Kgirl community, then you must be patient while they retool their business model to accommodate new applicants.  Even if some create their own websites, I can guarantee you that screening will be more stringent than before.

Unfortunately I didn't see K-girls very often because that area is a little out of the way for me.  But I do still have three of the phone numbers.  I just hope they still use those numbers and have a record of me.  Then maybe.....

I am amazed how many girls haven't put their ads on the first Google search result, when you search something like "Los angeles escorts".  
You need to spend money to make money, and advertising is a small cost versus idling on the darkweb and hoping a customer comes along.
The money you lose through lack of exposure greatly outweighs any advertising costs.

screening protocol shouldn't be any different than before.
The new law affects website operation, not other aspects of the business.
If new customers obtain a girl's number, they should be able to get in, or start the journey, the same way we all did before.
If they advertise on any of the remaining ad sites, the burden of law rests mostly on those ad sites.

have been so busy working out their new websites and marketing plans, they have not had time to vet new customers, but once they get their new "system" in place since the loss of CV, they will start to screen again.  Screening will be tougher, because now they no longer have access to your review history, so screening will be either by references or employment verification only.  Many guys in the past have not wanted to screen through their employment, so they simply won't get in.  Some girls have already left, so there are fewer girls, but the same number of hobbyists, so bookers don't need to relax their screening standards in order to keep their girls busy.
