Don't think anything of it guys.  Just move on.  This happened to me with not a heavily reviewed provider but a provider that had about two handfuls of good reviews.  Scheduled with her for our first visit through e-mail, we set everything up to meet at her incall, then that same evening get an e-mail saying she has an "emergency" and has to cancel with no word about when to re-schedule.

I try her again in a couple weeks and again she says she is busy that week, out of town the next and will contact me when she gets back.

Lo and behold, no e-mail two weeks later so I e-mailed her again and no response. So I finally just said, three strikes and out.

I probably should have gotten the hint that she is a time waster and not serious about meeting clients from the first two times but you live and learn.

So bottom line, there are plenty of great ladies out there to meet, be persistent up to a point but eventually you just have to move on and meet a lady that is not a time waster.

i was going to post this exact same thing.  except i have been asked to reschedule 4times!  after this last time i am chalking it up to I was never meant to see this person.  she also has stellar reviews, is quite popular, no mention of constantly rescheduling.  she did tell me the reasons for the rescheduling, they are of a personal nature and the situation makes me feel bad for what happened this last time and I wish her and her family the best, but I officially gave up on seeing her.  maybe somewhere down the road she'll pop back on my radar, cause as of now she is of the to do list.

I have been trying get an appointment with a very popular provider in L.A for a long time.  Voicemail is always full.  Imagine my surprise this week when I call the number expecting the usual mailbox is full recording and someone answers!  I almost didn't know what to say.  She was booked for the evening and I was told to call again the next day which I did.

So, I call and make an appointment for mid evening and get the address.  Then, a few hours before the appointment I get a text saying that if it's okay with me she'll see me tomorrow because she wants to go out with a friend and is very sorry.  That's a first.  I say it's fine with me.  So, my evening is left wide open and I am a little disappointed.  She has nothing but stellar reviews and I not aware that she cancels out of the blue.

The next day we touch base late afternoon via text.  She gives me a couple of appointment options and I pick one and we are on again.  Later in the evening I'm about to walk out the door to see her and I notice a text from her that I had not noticed.  Again, she is canceling on me saying she is sick.  I am perplexed by this.  She told me that when she is working again she'll contact me.  I have never had a provider cancel on me, let alone 2x in a row.

From what I hear she's very special and a lot of fun.  I am still looking forward to crossing this one off my list, but after finally getting in touch with her these false starts are frustrating.  I don't know when I will see her now.  I am assuming it will be in the next few days.

At what point to you throw in the towel?

First, she is not a good business person. Unreliability is not a good trait to have in this business. There is also the possibility, though slim, that you are some sort of negative/trouble-maker list. If that is the case, it could...could...explain her behavior.

It is not just that she is canceling on you, but she does so at the last minute, which is not just unprofessional, it is rude. The third time she does this to you...I am assuming it will be "in the next few days," I hope you will out her on the board.

If she three-peats, I hope you will not waste your time trying to go for a fourth time.

Good Luck.

Each of mine happened within hours of the appointment (this month and last both multiple hour appointments). My ATF canceled most recently and another well reviewed provider kept pushing the appointment time back an hour (not a good sign) and then canceled. The thing was I had a notion both were going to, it was just a funny feeling I had when I received their emails.

It could be that the provider (if you have never seen her) might not be comfortable with you and came up with an excuse. That happened to me once. I would suggest you move on. This provider is not taking your time seriously. You might get lucky and then again she might keep toying with your time.

Since I've had bad luck with my last few appointments I will be taking time off from the hobby. I need to get rid of my bad juju.

Cum on guys!!!  I don't care how good she is or how good her reviews are.  The bottom line is three strikes and your OUT.  There are SO SO SO many women out there that are rated 8.7 to highers.  Use TER and find them...don't get hung up on one chick.  Remember you have choices now....you are seeing providers!!!!!!!!!  this is NOT your wife or girl firend.......food for thought

You obviously are not. At least she is not demonstrating the same respect toward you as you are to her.  Your time is apparently not important.  The lady is demonstrating a low level of professionalism at this stage....what makes you think she will be any different once you meet.  There are plenty of gorgeous ladies in LA with stellar reviews that treat their clients as if they mattered.  Move on.

I agree with STP, Too many other Beautiful ladies with Stellar reviews who will treat you well at the very least. Doesn't matter what your taste is, Asian, African American, Latina, White, thin, BBW the list goes on. L.A., OC and SD have them all. If a lady stands me u, I move on and never contact them again.

And tomorrow we might not be together
I'm no prophet and I don't know nature's ways
So I'll try and see into your eyes right now
And stay right here 'cause these are the good old days

After being cancelled on more than once, and finding it so hard to connect with her, what are your gut feelings about her now as compared to when you first considered seeing her? Any negative feelings toward her and difficulty in seeing her could diminish your experience with her, if you ever do get together, making the whole experience disappointing.

She is so highly regarded and well reviewed that I all I could be was surprised when she canceled.  I had searched this forum for anything on her good or bad and there is post after post recommending her, all saying good things except for one.  The one not positive post mentioned she went nuts on him for no apparent reason.

She thanked me for not being mad at her.  I touched base with her this morning saying I hope she feeling better.  She responded positively and said she can see me next week.

I think if I said who it was, a great many of you would be surprised, maybe shocked since many consider her to be legendary, at least in L.A.  Yeah, her recent behavior was rude and inconsiderate.  We are only at strike 2.  We'll see what happens next week.  I am not hung up on this provider, but after trying for so long and being this close, I want to see it through.

Trust me, I have my 2 faves that I can go see among the many other fine providers I have seen or I have yet to see.  I feel that when I do see the provider in question, it's going to be great based on other TER user experiences, but my mileage may vary.  If I don't see her, I will be disappointed, but will move on.

I just had to vent a little and there's no better place than here to do that in this circumstance.

another friend,

"stick your hand down your pants and tell me what you feel"
friend says, "a pair of nuts"
other friends says, "use em".

Happened with me too. With top providers, even one who posts a lot here. I did see her eventually and she was great. I was a new reviewer then. I've learned not to resent it much. After all I was new to them. the last lady who called me 10 minutes before the appointment after I had driven an hour to get there and said she woke up sick. I can assume she wanted to see a regular and wanted to work with his schedule more to not disappoint him rather than take a chance with a new client. We can't write a review if we didn't see the lady anyways. Also if one posts the name here on the boards, it gets under scrutiny. But at least clients get a lot of reviewed choices..

You are a grown man so you are going to do what you want to do.  The reality is the lady has already shown you by her actions that you do not mean much to her.  Obviously she is so popular that to her you are just another number.  She books a business appointment with you and then one of her personal friends calls and wants to go out so she cancels her appointment with you.

As a test I suggest when you book your next appointment with a lady on this board that a couple hours before the appointment you cancel it via text by saying that you got a call from a friend and are going to a Dodgers game that night rather than seeing her.  Please report back the reaction that you get from the lady.
