Wondering how many times and how frequently to try reaching out to a provider if I don’t hear back. There are a couple of people I’ve tried to connect with, sent my info and just haven’t heard any responses. Wondering if I should keep trying or just move on. And, if I should keep trying, how often is ok? I travel to LA frequently for work and usually have a week or two notice so want to make the most of a trip.

one hour.  With indies, I will wait 24 hours.  Its always possible that a girl has a few clients each day during times you are trying to reach her, so that's why I give her until the next day before I move on.  Popular girls rarely take more than 24 hours to respond.   The girls that run it like any other business are on top of things and mostly dependable, in my experience.  Same thing with agency bookers, if they're disorganized, a lot of things can go wrong in setting up the appointment.    

 
One thing I do as a courtesy so there are no hard feelings if she had a legit reason for not responding in a timely manner, is to send an email telling her I am withdrawing my request for an appointment. That way, she knows I'm not angry about no reply, just moving on and filling the time with someone else.  If she wants to reach out to me afterward and try to set up something else, its up to her.  Its never personal with me, just business.

Some girls can take days to get back to new clients. Balancing our personal life and work life can be time consuming so many of us will set aside a specific time to get back to all of the people who reach out. If you don't hear back within 48 hours then move on. Also keep in mind that a lot of girls won't see you without references.
