Anyone want to have some fun in DTLA on Friday?

There are undoubtedly tens of thousands of professional men in DTLA everyday, and yet there are only a handful of resident providers in the area?  Using the basic laws of supply and demand, one would be think that there would be more suppliers in proximity to the prospective clients.  And yet, not so.  Why is that, do you think?

DTLA is not exactly resident friendly. I worked down there for all of the 90's and the housing there was terrible.  They have since built more housing by converting vacant office buildings into lofts as well as some other places.  But it still leaves a lot to be desired.

I wonder that every day at lunch.

If I could find a top-notch lady in DTLA, it would certainly brighten up my lunch hour. Perhaps it's a parking issue. It is virtually impossible to find convenient street parking in most areas of DTLA. You have to use a pay lot or valet or public transit, all of which suck for different reasons. If someone could solve that problem and then move a few superstars there, DTLA could be a gold mine.
