What does PO mean? (and no, I'm not talking about Post Office)

Sorry, checked the acronym list and it wasn't there.  I see this a lot in reviews as in "Contacted the PO to make the appointment...blah blah blah"  I'm assuming its some kind of booker but wanted to know what it actually means.
