Aleve AKA Naproxen is an NSAID (non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drug) as you correctly mentioned. Viagra is a vasodilator, which means it increases blood flow to specific parts of your body, specifically your penis, while having the potential of dropping your systemic blood pressure. Viagra has no bearing on the inflammatory pathway and thus Aleve and Viagra do not "cancel" nor have any drug-drug interactions that I am aware of.
GERD (gastro-esophageal reflux disease) aka "heartburn" is a common side effect of taking Viagra. You aren't the only one.
All of this is easily verified by doing quick Google searches on reputable medical sites, don't just believe an internet rando, =). Or see your IRL MD and ask him/her.

mmmmm i always wondered if taking Aleve and Viagra cancel... after all Aleve is an anti-inflammatory
actually for me the day after Viagra massive amounts of Zantech as i get terrible heartburn .. anyone else ?
Holy cow! Was recommended this supplement (safe as it's three vitamins normally take). Besides increasing testosterone am rock hard every morning. way better than Viagra
