I would google reverse image search all of her BP pics. That may give you some info. Plus I would say based on my experience that 80% of the ad's on BP are not of the provider pictured.  

Ask her to text a selfie to you to make sure she is the girl in the pics.  

Don't do what I do which is spend an inordinate amount of time thinking about it only to find out she looks nothing like the girl in the pics.

..Stick to well-reviewed providers on TER until you develop the hobbyist's "sixth sense" about which providers are trustworthy.  Don't let your little head do your thinking for you.

Ask yourself why she hasn't had any TER reviews yet when she's been advertising for over six months.

You're concerned about going to jail but another possible scenario is getting robbed and/or beaten up by her "manager."
