I haven't seen a hotel in the Valley with a Jacuzzi in a long time. Maybe one of the suites at Universal City? The last hotel I was at recently that had a full on Jacuzzi in the room was the University Inn in Santa Cruz. They had one room that was a king size bed and a huge Jacuzzi right there in the middle of the room - not even in the bathroom. Two steps from the bed you were in the Jacuzzi. Very sta-range room that everyone, even the staff, called the porno room.
Sorry not much help. I think most hotels got rid of jacuzzi rooms as part of risk management plans. I've only seen them in the high roller suites in Vegas.
I've been to that one a few times. Very nice one. Big lobby area. Reasonable room rates. One can also ask to have rooms facing the runway side if you or a guest likes to see the GA planes or private jets take off or land.
Former Mayor "Villar" used that airport to make private jet trips with his mistress haha
