This will save a lot of time and could make things faster when verifying
So there does not have to be a long wait when booking an appointment.

Why must the provider only speak up when she has been cheated or had a bad time.

But I think you may be trying to re-invent the wheel with this and a rather large and troublesome wheel it is. There are already a number of resources for providers to use for this purpose including the Provider Only boards here and several Blacklist and provider safety sites in existence. It is also a ton of work and expensive to set up, run and maintain a bulletin board service like TER. Just keeping the hackers and trolls (yes there are provider trolls out there) at bay is a full time job. I won't go into the technical and equipment cost, as I'm sure you will find that out for yourself.

Your premise is sound. But, in the real world, hobbyist can be grouped into several categories. Two major categories are: gentlemen and jerks. A gentleman may describe a lady as being “slightly heavier than her pictures suggest.”
Where as the jerk may write “she is a fat slob, at least 30 heavier than the 120 she claims to be.”
We know that the hobbyist can use the review process, as a tool to manipulate fees performance etc. or to just be mean and cruel. By the same token the provider can “get even” and become vindictive by use of the Black List, by posting on the local Boards, and by giving scathing referrals.
Back to your original post: Let’s wait and see what the general consensus is, but please take note: Reviews are a double edged sword. If your plan goes into effect I can envision plenty of tit for tat (if not down right wars).
No review or referral system is perfect. The ladies have the option of Whitelisting a guy she feels he is safe and decent. She also can black list him, if he is a real danger or rip-off crook And don’t worry about the single negative review, if you have a sea of good ones, an astute fella will ignore it.
Another consideration: You are a service provider (albeit special). Can you think of any other service oriented business, or professional that routinely reviews their customers?

I agree with you when you say it's your money and you will spend it as you please. I don't agree with no physical descriptions. Obviously from what I hear, you look exactly like your pictures. But many providers are posting 10-15 yr old pics, pics that are photoshopped or pics hiding their large bellies. Now, while it is wrong to bully someone, it is also wrong to put out false advertisement. While the majority oft he ladies are here to make money, the majority of men are here to fulfill fantasies. However, what I did notice by doing my homework is that she has a concern and has only been with us for almost 2yrs. Many valid points on both sides of the fence, however, I am a firm believer in discretion and by posting this openly, now eyes will be on this new venture and of course, infiltration will begin. Even this board has had its moments and NOTHING in Life is 100%.
I may be old school, but doing the old-fashion reference request will ALWAYS be the safest for me. Albeit the fact that ANYTHING online can be misrepresented, whether via private boards and/or reviews, I feel much safer when I contact a lady directly - guess it is about the personal touch for me. I have only accepted a good reference via the internet (ex: whitelist, rating systems, etc) WITHOUT personal contact IF I know the lady.
I feel that the wheel is being re-invented and time could be sent in other areas that solely benefit yourself.
