Robertini - Fair enough. I'd love to hear your thoughts on why things are better now than they were a few years ago, particularly pre-2016 / 17.

Or anyone who wants to make that argument. I'm firmly in the opposite camp right now, but it would be nice to hear from someone with a more optimistic point of view!

I'm just back on this site after a few years.

Things sure have slowed down -- on the boards, on the review pages.  Not a lot of great choices in LA/Riverside County.  *sigh*

I was in the sugar daddy world for a while and that was great, but nothing beats a great find on TER.

I suppose it's all to be expected, what with the site shutdown and covid.   But it's sad.

I'm glad to recognize a few screen names from the old days.

Things will get better right?

I've been gone about 4 years. It's an odd feeling coming back here and seeing how much has changed. It feels almost post-apocalyptic to be honest. Looks like a lot of folks have changed their screen names - and rightly so. I used to know dozens of them. Now I only recognize a few.

And, yeah, I sure hope things get better. I suppose we have nowhere to go but up after 2020.

It looks like things have gone from bad to worse. Hardly any activity on the boards any more.

has not posted here in two years, same with the OP.  You are better off to start a new thread about a topic than to try to revive a 2-year-old thread with posters who are no longer here.  Just a suggestion that will keep you from making yourself look like a guy with way too much time on your hands.   Lol

Understood, coeur-de-lion, thank you.

I agree with arrowman except, I don't even see "green shoots" or any trend that the hobby here will get better.

When action returns after COVID I don't know how to find it.  I've been a member here 20 years.

I will never understand the problems you people invent.
