Tipoff to me is usually the "available anytime" and similar language.  A girl this hot is not going to be running out to appointments at 2 a.m.  In my experience the ROBs and rip-off agencies usually describe themselves this way.

When TinEye returns hits from either Russian or amateur sites with the uncropped photo, the odds are about 100% it's an agency and you are not going to have a good experience with the "provider".

(Of course it's always fun to call them, ask if it's their real photo, then ask them why the same photo is posted on a Russian porn site.

A fun experiment - go to Backpage "body rubs" section.  TinEye every ad.  With the exception of the WELL KNOWN massage providers, ALL the photos are fake !!!  It's fun, cuz at least with tineye, you can see what the girl looks like.

Then again - I'm easily amused....
