never met but seen her ads on multiple sites for many years .. has 50+ reviews on other sites .. but i dont have an account for them so no idea what is said.

It does seem these days that more people are looking for others to do the initial work of TOFTT than used to be the case. Maybe it's just me seeing that though.

It's all good.  I agree with your point as well.  I can understand the hesitancy to "take a chance", but it can sometimes work out and work out much better than hoped.
