If such a thing existed, most of my civie reviews would be negative. But it's an interesting question - because the BEST sex I've ever had was with a civie girlfriend. It's just that, overall, most providers are operating at a higher level on a more consistent basis. Average score for the hobby might be 7 to 8, while the average score for civie girls would be more like 5 to 6 (in my experience). Especially since the vast majority of those civie encounters were "one and done." There's a reason you don't go back for more!
