I agree if you are hurt focus on the therapy...my 2 cents on the back is if you do not know the cause of your issue (skeletal vs muscular) you need to see someone who can handle both and that would be a chiropractor who also does A.R.T. (Active Release Technique - don't read anything into the release term though!)
