do not have that kind of security.  This isn't Vegas.  The hotel bars and restaurants in SM I've been to that require an elevator have no security.  In fact, myself, a guy and a woman hopped the gate to the pool (it was closed for the night) at Casa del Mar one time and went skinny dipping.  I kept waiting for security to bust us, but nothing happened.  Plus, we were drunk.  When we finished we got dressed, hopped back over the gate and walked out through the lobby very wet and that was that.

I don't think your provider will have any problems going up to your room.  

Hopefully, someone else will confirm for you that it won't be a hassle.

I've stayed there a number of times and never had a problem with visits, even late at night. You'll be fine.
