I've been e-mailing with a few girls through cityvibe and they've all been very friendly.  The only problem is I have no references at all.  I'm in my late 20's and would like to experience something a bit different.  Thinking about joining P411 but not sure if that's the best route to go to considering I live in the LA area.  I'm trying to find providers who are "newbie" friendly and I can't seem to find any... Any tips or advice would be appreciated.

I feel the same way.  I am a vip member, but that doesnt seem as though is very important to the bookers now a days.  The last time I saw a provider was around 2 years ago...thus having no current references.  I even asked a booker today, "How do I go about getting references if I cant meet with a provider?".  She said that there is no other way to screen me :\  I would appreciate any advice from you guys/gals.

P411 is always a good idea, as is Date-Check.  RoomService2000 is good as well.  If none of those are to your liking then, I know that my assistant always asks for employment information and then goes from there.  The more information about yourself that you are able to provide a provider, the more comfortable they may be with you.
