Yes, on the whole, they are that good.  The only drawback that I have seen is that some of the K-girls lack of command of the English language can make the date go from a 9 to an 8.  If the lady has some English skills, the date can't be beat.  That being said, I have seen some "American" other providers that give the K-girl  level of service, the price is the same or very close and speak fluent English.  Those dates have been a lot of fun because now "role-playing" becomes a possibility.
