CDL ... you are terrible (wink)  .. ok a tiny bit funny  .. but yes in LA it is tough to find a "hot girl" for under $500 ..  there are some very sweet MILFs for 350 to 450 but you have to do your research.   plus this are high volume ladies so you have to accept that as well.      if budget is an issue the two popular options are  KGirls .. or just accept a FBSM experience.
