Ooops... went away for a few days and was unaware of this discussion. My criteria about single men is more to extricate drama from my life, whoever said that. I find it's just more workable, has more integrity (read: workability, not morality!) It's actually not a hard and fast rule for me. I do have one regular client who is married and has an agreement with his wife that he can go see people to handle his sex drive as long as it is not someone they know mutually and as long as he doesn't bring home any STD's. Yup, whoever said the love thing was right... "There will be no falling in love" is part of my agreement with him. Basically, I endeavor to honor agreements, and I like to keep people around me who do the same with each other. My girlfriend down the street who works with married men seems to have a lot of deception and non-peace following her around everywhere. Of course, clients can lie to me about it and they occasionally do, but they do not become regular clients ... at some point we are related enough to realize there's a withheld bit of info. Besides, as a single woman, it's just more exciting to work with men who I might actually date! As far as marketing, I'm pretty sure it loses me more money than it gets me, but I'm OK with that.
